The Mission of Alvord Unified is to strengthen our community by providing safe and nurturing schools that educate and celebrate the entire child. We meet our students’ social and emotional needs and prepare them for college, career, and a lifetime of personal growth.

At Stokoe Elementary our mission is to foster an inclusive and innovative community with high expectations for all.  We provide a nurturing and diverse environment that enables every stuent to reach their full potential.  We develop a love for learning and empower students to become compassionate leaders.

It is my pleasure and honor to serve you as the Principal of our unique learning community.  We serve approximately 650 students, including Head Start Preschool.  We are excited about adding an Alvord Preschool program to our campus this school year.  We will also be partnering with Norco College for a unique early childhood education pathway beginning in the spring of 2024.  Our Stokoe staff is focused on bringing the highest quality instruction to meet each students’ individual needs so that they can achieve a balanced education that addresses the academic, behavior and social-emotional needs of all our students.  If you have any questions or concerns, please email me at francine.ramirez@alvordschools.org
